This Privacy Policy explains how the Oxygen Gym mobile application ("the app", "we", "our") collects, uses, shares, retains and protects information about you when you use the app. The app is published by Oxygen Gym ("we") for our gym members. By using the app you agree to the practices described below.
When you sign in we receive your name, phone number, email address, member code, profile photo, branch, and the membership tier you've purchased from Oxygen Gym. We use this information to authenticate you, show your membership status, and let staff identify you at the gym.
Oxygen Gym is a fitness app that helps members track their daily activity and compete with their gym buddies. To deliver these features we request permission to read the following data from Health Connect (Android) or Apple HealthKit (iOS). We do not collect any health data unless you explicitly grant each permission, and you can revoke any individual permission at any time from your phone's Health settings.

We do not request, read or store any of the following: blood pressure on Android, nutrition / hydration data, body fat or body mass index, basal metabolic rate, body temperature, menstrual data, location or GPS routes, sleep stages, or any sub-streams such as steps cadence or cycling pedaling cadence.
To deliver push notifications and maintain a stable service we collect: a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token, the app version, your device model and operating system version, and basic crash and error logs. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
Health data read from Health Connect / HealthKit stays on your device by default. The only health information that ever leaves your device is the daily aggregate summary (steps, calories, distance, workout count) that you choose to share with:
Sharing is per-buddy and per-group; you can remove a buddy or leave a group at any time and your daily summary will no longer be shared with them. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.
We share strictly limited information with the following service providers who help us operate the app, under contracts that restrict their use of the data to providing the service:
You can revoke any Health Connect / HealthKit permission at any time without uninstalling the app:
Revoking a permission only affects the corresponding dashboard card — the rest of the app continues to work normally.
The app is intended for Oxygen Gym members aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time. To delete your account from inside the app, go to Profile → Personal information → Delete account; the deletion also removes your stored daily-summary cache used by the buddies leaderboard.
We use HTTPS for all communication between the app and our servers, and we use industry-standard practices to protect data stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
